Heads Up: Some Privacy Choices May Reset Your Game

Some of the info we collect is essential for things like saving your slap records, syncing progress, or accessing your battle stats. If you ask us to remove or stop using key information, here’s what might happen:

  • We may not be able to link your progress or profile anymore

  • Your game may reset (no more saved data)

  • Some features may stop working (like leaderboards, social functions, or reward tracking)


We’ll stop using your data if you withdraw consent or request deletion—but we might still store it to comply with legal or law enforcement obligations. We may also retain an anonymous version for business or technical reasons (so Colin’s data doesn't break our slap stats).


For Parents & Guardians

If you’re a parent or guardian and believe your child (under 13, or the legal age in your region) has submitted personal info in Colin’s Turtle Slap, please let us know.

Proof of Identity & Response Time

To protect your privacy (and to make sure no one’s impersonating you), we may ask for a valid ID to confirm who you are. This will only be used to verify your request and will be securely destroyed within 2 months of handling it.

We usually respond to requests within one month. If your request is complex or needs a bit more digging, we’ll keep you in the loop.

IX. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

In Colin’s Turtle Slap, you might come across links to websites or services that aren’t controlled by us. This Privacy Policy only explains how we handle your personal and non-personal information within the game and our services.
